Limited Warranty for 3 months
In case the product has manufacturing defects, we are responsible for your change or refund (only online shopping). In this case the customer must proceed to send the product failed by Costa Rica Post Office and will be returned by the same means.
For the return of the product proceed as follows:
- You have to send the product photo to evaluate the failure to the following email: email@example.com
- The product must be in its original condition, with their respective packaging (case, microfiber bag to returned the new product).
- You must submit the purchase invoice to verify the date of purchase without exception.
- If the customer is outside of Costa Rica contact first by email.
In case the damaged lens is not in stock, the customer can choose a new one that is in stock.
Dreamland Sunglasses is not responsible for the misuse of their products and the warranty does not cover the following damages:
- Scratched lenses for everyday use
- Sit up
- If your dog ate it
Maintenance of your Dreamland Sunglasses:
- Clean your lenses only with water.
- Never use detergents or other chemical products to clean them.
- To clean them dry use the microfiber cloth or bag.
- Always keep your lenses in the protective microfiber bag to avoid scratches.
- It is not recommendable to submerge the glasses into sea water because it will damage the hinges and the polarized protection.
