When you buy a product in our online store we send it to you by Costa Rica Post Office to a post office of your choice or to a physical address.

Free shipping applies is on orders from ₡16000. For purchases less than that amount, a fixed amount of $6 will be charged. Applies only in Costa Rica.

Shipments* are made within 24 hours after receipt of proof of payment..

(*Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, those made on Friday are delivered the following week).

All shipments are by EMS system and takes between 1 and 3 days to arrive to the branch office you selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic accidents, traffic jams, natural causes and similar).
