When you buy a product in our online store we send it to you by Costa Rica Post Office to a post office of your choice or to a physical address.
Free shipping applies is on orders from ₡16000. For purchases less than that amount, a fixed amount of $6 will be charged. Applies only in Costa Rica.
Shipments* are made within 24 hours after receipt of proof of payment..
(*Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, those made on Friday are delivered the following week).
All shipments are by EMS system and takes between 1 and 3 days to arrive to the branch office you selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic accidents, traffic jams, natural causes and similar).

Worldwide
Starting August 29, 2025, the duty exemption for shipments valued under $800 (known as “minimis”) will no longer apply. All packages sent to the U.S. will be subject to duties, taxes, and additional fees, which may be charged directly to the recipient or the sender, in accordance with current regulations. This may result in additional costs and delivery delays.
Important: Dreamland Sunglasses is not responsible if the shipment does not reach its destination due to the buyer’s refusal to pay duties or additional charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All international shipments are made by Costa Rica Post Office and the cost of it is calculated according to its duration and weight. Here we detail the different options:

Dreamland Sunglasses is not responsible for destination country tax or any duty charge that may incur.
If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package or attempts to deliver are made withhout exit Dreamland Sunglasses reserves the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund.
